This is an interesting combination supplement. The dosage is 3 capsules. The top 2 ingredients in each 3 capsule dose are Vitamin C at 1,000mg, and Zinc at 20mg. After that, it's many varied supplements, including:350mg of Elderberry150mg of Garlic Bulb100mg Olive Leaf Extract100mg of Quercetin100mg of Turmeric root extract50mg of Echinecea purpurea Root Powder5mg of BioPerine Black Pepper Fruit extract.A good mix, some thought went into it. I especially like the inclusion of Quercetin at 100mg.For me, so far, so good. I have experienced no stomach upset, and the capsules go down easy.^*
