I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now---one a day late evening/at bedtime. No more waking at night with my mind racing and I feel more *present* and relaxed during the day. Even when things do get stressful it seems like the *peak* is much lower and, kind of.....once it's over it's over.....it doesn't hang around like it had been.

All my life it's been hard to ruffle my feathers but I'm in perimenopause now and had been dealing with new and increasing anxiety, sleep issues, etc. I'm starting to feel more like my old self again.

Also have lost a few pounds which I'm attributing to this because the scale doesn't budge easily for me anymore at my age so any losses are few and far between and not without significant dedication but I haven't changed anything.
