I selected this supplement to help manage my stress and anxiety. It does seem to help with that as I am not feeling either emotion as strongly as I usually do. However, the main benefit of this supplement for me is to help me sleep better. I get drowsy about 30 minutes after taking this supplement regardless of what time of day it is. I adjusted to take this right before I go to bed. I can enjoy reading for about 30 minutes and then I drift peacefully off to sleep. I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to go. I feel like my stress and anxiety are much lower because I am sleeping better and I am sleeping better because I take this supplement. My stress and anxiety don't keep me awake at night and that is such a blessing!These capsules are easy to swallow. They smell like herbs or tea, but they do not have a taste. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day, but I only take 1 at this time. I may up my daily dose to 2 capsules a day when I am really stressed out, but, for now, 1 seems to be working perfectly for me.^*

Good quality and ingestible. For those looking for some calmness, this may fit the bill. I'd like to try it as part of a sleep routine. For my needs, it may be best suited for that cycle of the day when I'm trying to wind down and not have my brain firing on all cylinders.^*

Just received and took at bedtime and they do seem to help relax me after coming in from a day at work. Seems I did not toss and turn as much when I took one of these. I will continue to try and do a follow-up if anything changes.^*

I like taking Gaba supplements before bed to help unwind from the day.The effect isn't sudden. It is subtle but noticeable. I feel like my mind slows down and my body feels a bit languid.Under $1/serving is a great deal.Definitely recommend if you're looking for something natural to add to your relaxation routine.^*

This is an excellent relaxation supplement. I use it before bedtime - taking about 1/2 hour before climbing into bed, then reading for about another 1/2 hour. I can feel it relaxing me and pretty soon I am ready to close my eyes and fall asleep quickly.I love the blend of herbs and vitamins. I especially like this because it contains Passionflower - one of my favorite sleepaids. Passionflower provides relaxation all night long and amazingly wonderful dreams!The selling point of this product is GABA which is really good for mental health wellness. I had a therapist recommend it to my years again and it really helps with distress!The Skullcap is a new ingredient for me. I have not tried a sleep aid with that ingredient, but it must help because this is a very effective blend!I take two of these before bedtime, but you could easily take 1/2 a dose or double the dose because these are very safe ingredients.FYI: There is no melatonin in this product.^*

I got this for the GABA mainly but the rest of the included supplements are very good for stress relief as well. Good quality and well thought out ingredients. If you need a good, natural tool for some calming qualities this is great.Smells like a tea and no issues with taste or after effects.^*
